Who is responsible

Joep van Drunen Multimedia, located at Van Woustraat 63-1, 1074 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KVK 42081620), is the data controller for the personal data processed via settag.app.

What data we process

For an order: name, email address and (if applicable) invoice details, processed by WooCommerce and the payment provider (Mollie) to handle payment and delivery of your license.

For a contact form message: name, email address and the message itself.

For license activation: a device ID (machine ID) that cannot be traced back to a person, used to determine on how many devices a license is active.

What we use this data for

Solely to process your order, deliver and manage your license key, and to provide support when you have questions.

Sharing with third parties

Payment data is processed by Mollie. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Order data is kept as long as legally required (tax retention obligation). Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your query.

Your rights
