Who we are

SetTag is sold by Joep van Drunen Multimedia, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42081620, VAT number NL005481253B86, located at Van Woustraat 63-1, 1074 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The product

SetTag is a macOS application for automatically tagging photos during photo shoots. The app itself is free to download. A license key, purchased once, is required to use the tagging functionality.

Prices and payment

All listed prices are in euros and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered during checkout.

License

After purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license key. It may be activated on the number of devices specified for the license. The license may be revoked in case of misuse or resale.

Right of withdrawal

SetTag is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. By agreeing to immediate delivery during checkout, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal once delivery (the license key) has started.

Liability

SetTag is provided with care, but without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Joep van Drunen Multimedia is not liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the software.
